August Favorites 2015

Well Summer is already over, September has arrived and that means that it is time again for a round-up of  my monthly favorites!

Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara
After having watched a ton of videos raving about this mascara I just had to pick it up when I was on the ferry coming home from France and it was only £5.20! And all I can say is that it clearly stands up to its name, as it only takes a few strokes to create beautifully separated but volumized lashes. In addition the waterproof label is certainly true as it does hold up against wetness and is a bit harder to take off but is definitely worth the effort.

Maybelline Colour Sensational lipstick in 620 'Pink Brown'
I saw this lipstick on the ferry about the same price as the mascara and immediately fell in love with the colour. It is just a really pretty dark nude with a browny tint to it. It lasts quite a while and looks super pretty!

Paper Towns and Life with a Sprinkle of Glitter
I have actually read a few books this month but two in particular have stood out to me. The first one is 'Paper towns' by John Green. If you haven't heard about this book (or movie) then you must have been living under a rock for these past few months. Everyone has been talking about it! and I certainly cannot wait to see the movie! The second book was the amazing Louise Pentland (or Sprinkle Of Glitter's) new book called 'Life with a sprinkle of glitter' It is just brilliant! I read like a section of it then I would read the title of the next one and have to keep on reading! There was happy parts and sad parts but overall an outstanding book that I would highly suggest to anyone.

Hannah Renée
I started watching Hannah Renée's YouTube channel a couple of months ago and I really liked it but over the past few weeks I feel like her videos have been getting even better, have really interested me and I get really exited when I see her name pop up in my subscription box!

What has been your favorite thing/product this month?

Thanks for reading!
