Little ways to change your life #2

Hey guys, I really enjoyed my first little ways to change your life post so I thought I would make another one. I hope this helps you guys in any way even if its just one person who makes a small change to their life will mean a lot. Enjoy!

1.  Set out a time each day to read a book, before bed or something.
2.  Learn something new!
3. Set out an hour a day to create something that you enjoy.
4. Make to do lists as they help to declutter your mind.
5. Stop multi-tasking and do things all at once without distraction.

I really like making this type posts, so there will probably be more to come.
