Little ways to change you life #1

I thought I would start a little series called 'little ways to change you life'. It just kinda popped in to my head and I thought it would be a cute idea. 


My first little Ideas are...
-Eat healthily for a week and notice the difference.
-Dont beat yourself up think about your positives.
-Ring or text a friend because you wont believe how good it makes you feel.

Sorry this was such a short post but they will probably be more to come, comment if you have any other ideas.
